These terms apply to Ellen Event RSVP, the Ellen Lighting website for the Krewe of the Q celebration at the GHBA BBQ Cookoff. The website provides event information, RSVP registration, confirmation emails, and organizer tools.

Using the RSVP form

Submit accurate contact details and an attendance response for yourself and the guests you are authorized to register. Use an email address you control, and obtain permission before providing someone else’s personal information. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, or attempt to access organizer records without authorization.

The website accepts one RSVP per email address. To change or cancel your response, contact events@ellenlighting.com. An RSVP records your response for planning purposes; it is not a purchase or a substitute for any separate admission requirements established by the event organizer or venue. This website does not collect payments.

Confirmations and event information

By submitting your email address, you request a confirmation of your RSVP and permit communications necessary to manage your event response. This does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. Confirmations are sent from ellenlightingevents@gmail.com, and replies are directed to events@ellenlighting.com.

Email delivery may be delayed, filtered, or unavailable. A saved RSVP remains recorded even if its confirmation email fails. If you are unsure whether your RSVP was received, contact the event team rather than repeatedly submitting the form.

Dates, times, venue details, and activities may change. Check the event website or contact the organizer for current information, and follow the venue’s and event organizer’s applicable attendance and safety rules.

Organizer access and Google authorization

The organizer workspace is restricted to its authorized account. The designated organizer may connect the Ellen Lighting Events Gmail account to send RSVP confirmations and may revoke that permission through Google Account settings. Guests do not grant Gmail access when submitting an RSVP. Google’s services remain subject to Google’s applicable terms.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the information the website collects, how the Google connection is used, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Please provide only the information needed for event planning.

Website availability and external links

The website and email service may experience interruptions or errors. Contact the event team if a problem prevents you from registering or updating your response. External links, including map services, are operated by their respective providers.
